The Mt. San Antonio College Faculty Association, Inc., CTA/NEA is an affiliate of the California Teachers Association and the National Education Association.
The Faculty Association is the exclusive representative for the unit of employees at Mt. San Antonio College known as Professors. Full-Time Regular, Contract, and Adjunct Professors included in the unit are Instructors (credit and noncredit), Counselors, Librarians, Instructional Specialists, Department Chairpersons, and faculty on reassigned time.

FA Elections: Nominations are open until the Oct. 7 Rep Council Meeting. Contact Elections Chair Shari Wasson at swasson@mtsac.edu with nominations for the following vacancies:
- Full-time Director (1-year replacement for 2025-26 )
- 6 Adjunct At-Large Reps (2025-26 )
- FACCC Designated Rep (2025-26 )
